Mandatory Notice for Clients
The Czech Bar Association was mandated by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic on 5 February 2016 to solve consumer disputes between lawyers and consumers arising from agreements to provide legal services (by virtue of Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on consumer protection, as amended).
